We have a great luck here on planet Earth. About four billion years ago some of the inanimate chemical particles started to form cells capable to metabolism and reproduction. They kept developing further, and this evolution led through the immense deep time to an amazingly abundant and advanced biosphere we know today.
The humankind has been trying to find another single planet with such features, but based on our current knowledge, there is no other one with identified life on it. Earth is like our mother: we have only one of it. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why we call her Mother Earth, or Gaia, as she is named in the ancient Greek mithology and also by James Lovelock’s famous hypothesis on the holistic view of our planet as a homeostatic organism.
Well, Gaia has really great stories. The history of Life – which is the tale of us, humans too – enriched by plenty of gripping chapters during the incomprehesibly long time that past from the first procariotes to the magical biodiversity of our days.
We love these stories and we are committed to show this miracle to everyone we can.
Relics of Gaia proudly provides frozen moments from Gaia's history by creating 3D printed figures of the vanished life forms which roomed our planet far before humankind, as well as home exhibition equipments, educational tools and home decor articles in the subject of natural history, especially paleontology.
We are more than happy to welcome every enthusiast of this field, and everyone who is just falling in love with it.
3D PRINTED FIGURINES
Look into the eyes of an animal which vanished long-long time before the humans appeared! 3D printing technology allows us to reproduce the most amazing scientific or art reconstructions of the ancient life forms. And so we do!
You can buy these fantastic 3D printed models as unpainted model kits, so you can color them based on your own desire, knowledge and ideas, and of course we sell painted, ready-to-exhibit items with stands and some of them are supported by display materials too.
